How do I book, change or cancel an appointment without calling?

With AionClock you handle the whole appointment without calling: you book it by picking a free time slot in the app or on the web, cancel it from My appointments with a reason and, if the professional proposes another time, accept or decline it with one tap. Reminders arrive on their own, 24 h and 1 h before.

How to book the appointment

  1. Search for the service near you. Open the app or www.aionclock.app and type what you need.
  2. Pick a free time slot. Only the slots that exist in the professional’s real calendar show up.
  3. Confirm. If the professional accepts bookings automatically, the appointment is confirmed right away; if they approve each one, you get a notification when they accept it.

How to change the time

There are two ways, and neither involves the phone:

  • If the professional proposes another time, the appointment waits for your answer: you accept or decline it from My appointments.
  • If you are the one who needs another time, cancel the appointment with a reason and book a new free slot.

How to cancel

Go to My appointments, open the appointment and choose Cancel appointment. The reason is required: the professional sees it, and the slot becomes free again for someone else.

What reaches you without asking

The booking confirmation and the reminders 24 h and 1 h before, by push notification and by email. Also by WhatsApp, if you turn it on in the app.

On AionClock a cancelled appointment is never deleted: it stays in the history with who cancelled it and why, and its slot becomes free again for someone else.

Does the professional know I cancelled?

Yes. When you cancel you write the reason and the professional is notified right away. The slot becomes free again for someone else.

What happens if I don't show up and don't cancel?

The professional can mark the appointment as a no-show, and it stays that way in the history, which is never deleted. Cancelling in time frees the slot for someone else.

Can I get the reminders on WhatsApp?

Yes, if you turn them on in the app under Settings → Notifications. Besides the push notification and the email, you get the WhatsApp reminder 24 h and 1 h before.
