Account and Data Deletion

This page describes how to delete your AionClock account (the app published by the owner of aionclock.app) and exactly what happens to your data. It complements the Privacy Policy. This is a courtesy translation: in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Deleting your account from the app

1. Open AionClock and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Edit profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no waiting period and no “in case you change your mind” retention: upon confirmation, your identifiers are anonymised at that very moment and your session is closed on all devices.

If you cannot access the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address registered on your account requesting deletion. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and execute it within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, confirming by email.

What is deleted immediately

Deleting the account irreversibly anonymises or erases:

• Your first and last name, your email address and your phone number.
• Your profile photo and your password (its hash).
• Your federated sign-in identifiers (Google, Microsoft).
• Your last known location and your push notification token (you stop receiving any notifications).
• Your entire professional profile, if you had one: business, profession, address, opening hours, social networks and your published services. Your public page disappears from the app and the web.

What is kept and why

• The history of closed appointments (completed, cancelled, no-show) is kept disassociated from your identity: the other party to each appointment keeps their record, but no longer linked to your name or contact details, which will have been replaced by an anonymous profile. This record is immutable because it protects both parties to the appointment (section 6 of the Terms).
• Technical security logs (with IP addresses): kept for a limited period and deleted on a rotating basis.
• Encrypted backups: already-anonymised data may persist in them during the infrastructure provider’s rotation cycle, after which it disappears permanently.
• Whatever is strictly necessary to comply with a legal obligation or an authority’s order, should one exist at that time.

Deleting data without closing the account

• You can edit or remove your photo, your phone number and your profile data in Profile → Edit profile.
• You can revoke the location permission in your device settings; the app keeps working, without nearby search.
• You can deactivate your professional profile without deleting the account: your services stop being public.
