Frequently asked questions
I already use WhatsApp and it works fine. Why change?
WhatsApp negotiates; it doesn't book. Every appointment costs you between four and twenty messages, and none of them holds the slot. Here the client books on their own, and you see your week filled without writing a thing.
What if someone books a slot I'd already given away?
They can't. The check and the write happen in the same transaction, and underneath there's a database constraint that rejects any overlap. It's covered by a concurrency test.
I don't want just anyone filling my schedule.
Turn off auto-accept and approve appointment by appointment. You can also mark services as not bookable online, or hide your whole profile with one switch.
I need time between clients.
Set your buffer in minutes. It's blocked in your schedule even though the client never sees it.
I work on location, I can't accept just anyone.
Set your base location and your radius in kilometres, per profile or per service. Anything outside doesn't come in, or goes to manual approval.
Half my clients walk in without an appointment.
Log them by hand in two taps, with just their name if that's all you have, and even with a past date. They count in your revenue and your metrics.
What if a client doesn't show up?
Mark it as a no-show. Your no-show rate is in the dashboard, month by month.
I'm going on holiday.
Block the specific days with an exception, or deactivate your whole profile. Nothing is lost; you turn it back on when you return.
What if the client is in another timezone?
Your schedule lives in the timezone you declared. It doesn't matter where they book from.
Is it expensive?
You can publish your first service and use the whole scheduling system at no cost.
Is my data safe?
The backend went through a full security audit and executed four documented remediation phases. Encrypted passwords, validation on every endpoint, brute-force protection and logs with no personal data.
Do I get WhatsApp alerts?
Yes, if you turn them on in the app (Settings → Notifications). As a client you get reminders 24 h and 1 h ahead, with buttons to confirm or cancel, plus confirmation and cancellation notices. As a professional, every new or changed booking. It's outbound only: nobody reads replies there; to reach the professional, use the appointment's contact button.
