What improves in each version of the AionClock app.

Version 1.3.0

Latest version
  • Rate your professional when the appointment ends, with stars and a comment; stars show on "Professionals nearby" and reviews on each profile. Someone with no ratings yet shows as "New", never with a made-up score.
  • Confirm you are coming, from the app or from the WhatsApp reminder; your professional sees it next to your name in their agenda.
  • Your appointment now tells you where it is and how to get in touch: the address with floor, tower or unit, the professional's directions, and a button to call or message them.
  • Showed up and nobody attended you? Close the appointment yourself with that reason.
  • WhatsApp alerts, if you turn them on in Settings → Notifications: reminders with buttons to confirm or cancel, appointment confirmed, appointment cancelled and new booking.
  • Sign in or sign up with Google, Microsoft or Apple in a single tap; and if you forgot the password of an email with no account, you get the link to sign up.
  • Companies: nearby companies show up in search and their page lists the team and services; if a team invites you, you accept from the app and work with the services the company assigns you.
  • Professionals: set appointments for your clients outside your published schedule, with the time, duration and price you agreed; the client is notified by push, email and WhatsApp.
  • Flexible pricing: a service can have a fixed price, a range ("from $20,000"), be free, or be "to be agreed". When you complete an appointment without a fixed price, the app asks how much you charged.
  • Your branded QR code to print or share, groups to organize your catalog ("Nails", "Hair") and your categories on your profile and in search.
  • Dashboard: income by week or by month, the Provider/Client switch remembers your choice, and the reviews card is now real.
  • Fixes: the phone country-code picker shows in your language, amounts use thousands separators, a professional no longer sees "Book" on their own profile, and appointment cards no longer overflow.

Version 1.2.2

  • Signing in with Google on Android works again for anyone who installed the app from Google Play.
  • If your professional changes the price or duration of a service you have already booked, we let you know: you can keep the appointment or cancel it at no cost, and if you don't reply the appointment stays exactly as agreed.
  • If your professional deletes a service, your appointment is cancelled with a notification and a written reason.
  • New maps: the address search now understands grid-style addresses ("Calle 143 # 118 - 20") and takes you to the exact spot.
  • Links to a professional's page now open the app on their profile instead of the browser.
  • When creating a service you can now set a duration such as "1 h 30".
  • The exact address and city of your business are no longer lost when you change the location.
  • Long service names are now readable on every screen.

Version 1.2.1

  • Swipe right from anywhere on the screen to go back.
  • Tapping an appointment notification opens "My appointments" with that appointment expanded.
  • "Near you" now focuses on professionals within 50 km; searching by name still finds anyone.
  • If there are no professionals in your area yet, a button helps you invite yours.
  • The notification switches (confirmations and reminders) now really work and are saved to your account.
  • The search keyboard no longer closes on its own as you start typing.
  • The welcome guide also appears when signing up with Google or Microsoft.
  • Sharing your page via WhatsApp on iOS sends the message again.

  • Draft services: save a half-finished service and publish it whenever you want.
  • A "Fixed time" service can now be offered several times on the same day.
  • Your business can have its own photo, separate from your personal one, viewable full screen.
  • Cancelling an appointment now asks for the reason, and the other side sees it.
  • All times are shown in 12-hour format with AM/PM.
  • The app tells you when a new version is available and shows what changed.
